A/O Custom I

The A/O Custom I Chair assures patient control, comfort, and confidence. You can accomplish the tilting motion with one hand. On-center counterbalancing allows the entire Chair to tilt intact. The patient retains a comfortable, natural sitting position from vertical to full tilt with form-fitting cushion providing full body and leg support.
Identical duplicate handles with lock levers are provided on each side of the chair back.
Chair rotation permits a full range of practical working positions. Lock is fast and requires just a light touch to operate. You can release or lock, while standing or sitting, with either hand or foot. Chair will rotate 210o.
Exclusive and unique heavy duty headrest readily adjust with one hand.
Both Custom arms lift up and out-of-the-way. The low step footrest is just 4 1/2” from the floor.
The A/O Custom I offers you a chair elevation control from the Stand console, as well as from the chair itself.

A/O Custom II

Lever controls have been positioned to eliminate bending and stooping. There is the convenience of electric lift control buttons on the side of the chair back as well as a movable foot switch. There is smooth, effortless operation and a new tilt lock to assure security in any position . the chair is contoured to ensure patient comfort.
The electric lift system is hydraulic and features aircraft quality components. It provides 16” of vertical lift with precise positioning. Armrest locks are out of patient’s reach, and the convenient rotation lock can be operated by hand or foot. The headrest features one-handed infinite positioning and a positive lock, and there is an easy-to-reach handbar for effortless tilt form either side.
The Custom II chair reclines manually and can be positioned only 6” from the wall. An electric lock button prevents the back from being accidentally released.

Reliance 5000

The chair lift and mechanism is operated by a single detached foot switch.
The chair back may be reclined to a near horizontal position and securely held at any desired angle by means of a pneumatic assist mechanism. Handles, located on the back of the chair, allow the chair back to be reclined to the desired position. When the handle is released, the back remains where set.
To raise the back, lift up on the handles and the back, will return to its vertical position.
Swivel action of the chair is locked by means of a convenient lever on the right hand side of the seat. Chair swivels 360o.

The chair is equipped with a footrest to support the patient’s feet when the chair is in the elevated position.

Reliance 660

The simplified design of the Reliance 660 allows you to work close to patient without interference. Patients are positioned quickly and accurately with single pedal, no drift operation, from either side. Large footstep 8 1/2” X 13”. Child’s footrest needs no opening or closing. Standard is No. 4 adjustable, concave, upholstered headrest. Base diameter is 21”; seat height lowered, 19”; seat raised, 28”. Naugahyde.

Reliance 665

The hydraulic mechanism on the Reliance 665 may be operated from either side of the chair with identical pedals. To raise, the pedal is pushed laterally toward the base and then down. To lower, it is pushed straight down. There is no drift or after-travel in either direction. Precise patient positioning is assured by this feature, and by the fact that the speed of raising and lowering is variable, in proportion to the distance the pedal is depressed.
Swivel action of the chair is locked by means of a convenient lever on the right of the seat.
Large, hinged foot step makes it easy to get in and out of the chair and supports the patient’s legs while seated. Step can be tilted out of the way when desired. With chair in the lowest position footstep is only 3 1/2” above the floor.
The fully adjustable concave, upholstered headrest provides excellent head and upper neck support.
The chair back may be reclined from a vertical to a horizontal position and is securely held at any desired angle by means of a unique spring loaded positioning device.

Reliance 7000

Speed and efficiency are assured in the Reliance 7000 chair which employs full power in all movements through dual foot controls and switches on each side of the chair. The chair adjusts to the full flat table position with the touch of a switch, and armrests flip either up or down to offer arm support when the chair is in table position. After examination the chair can be automatically returned to its original position with a button on either side of the chair.

The headrest is articulating. The chair is capable of 350 degree rotation and can be locked into position by a lever on either side of the chair seat.

Reliance 880

This Reliance fully powered chair has a hydraulic base and electrically powered articulating top which allows any sized patient to be effortlessly positioned for a wide range of procedures. At the touch of a button it reclines to any desired angle between sitting and supine. Heavy duty construction insures decades of trouble-free use.
The hydraulic mechanism operates from foot pedals located on either side of the chair base.
The articulating top is powered by switches on both sides of the chair back. The swivel action of the chair is locked at any point by convenient levers. The large hinged footrest can be tilted out of the way.
Fully adjustable, concave, upholstered headrest. Vertical and axial positions are easily locked and unlocked with one hand. Upholstered armrests can be easily raised.

Reliance 980

The Reliance 980 Chair combines a tufted seat, a heavy, cast iron motor hydraulic base, and an electrically-powered articulated top to allow you to effortlessly position patients.
The sump of the unique motor hydraulic system is factory sealed. There is no oil to add or spill, ever. The top adjusts from sitting to supine by pedal switches or finger switches from either side of the chair back.
As the back reclines, the apron and footrest elevate to form a table. The chair may be returned to the low upright posture by pressing a return button on either side of the chair back.
The swivel action of the chair is locked at any point by means of convenient levers located both sides of the chair seat. the 8” X 13” hinged footstep can be tilted out of the way when desired, as can the upholstered armrests.
The fully adjustable, concave, upholstered headrest provides excellent head and neck support and is easily locked and unlocked with one hand.
